NEOSTAR 3S54 Mono-Glass 480W-495W

AIKO's third-generation Neostar 3S54 mono-glass module is built on N-type ABC (all back contact) cells and is rated 480 W to 495 W, with module efficiency up to 24.8%. AIKO describes its third-generation Infinite modules as combining a ZeroGap cell layout and InvisiRibbon technology for a +4.8% larger light-receiving area than TOPCon, together with a full-black, grid-free aesthetic. The listed technical features include partial shading optimisation, high temperature restriction, micro-crack resistance and a Pmax temperature coefficient of -0.26%/°C. Each 108-cell (6×18) module measures 1762 × 1134 × 30 mm, weighs 21.1 kg and pairs 3.2 mm tempered glass and a black anodized aluminium frame with an IP68 junction box carrying three bypass diodes and MC4-EVO2A connectors. AIKO covers it with a 30-year product warranty and a 30-year performance warranty, quoting first-year degradation of ≤1% and ≤0.35% per year from year 2 to year 30.
