Neostar 3P54 Mono-Glass is AIKO's third-generation N-Type ABC module, offered from 470 W to 500 W with module efficiency up to 25.0%. The 108-cell (6×18) mono-glass laminate measures 1762 × 1134 × 30 mm for 21.1 kg, and combines 3.2 mm tempered glass, a black anodized aluminium frame, an IP68 junction box with three bypass diodes and original MC4-EVO2A connectors. AIKO states a Pmax temperature coefficient of -0.26%/°C, first-year degradation of no more than 1% and no more than 0.35% per year from year 2 to year 30. The module carries a 15-year product warranty, extendable to 25 years, plus a 30-year performance warranty guaranteeing 88.85% output retention in the thirtieth year. Technical features listed by the manufacturer include partial shading optimisation, better temperature coefficient, high temperature restriction, micro-crack resistance and lower BOS.
