Vertex N 760W

Vertex N 760W is Trinasolar's n-type i-TOPCon Ultra bifacial dual-glass monocrystalline module, built on the 210 mm platform with 264 cells and rated 735-760 W at up to 24.5% module efficiency. Trinasolar gives a power bifaciality of 85±5%, with up to 10%-20% additional power gain from the rear side depending on albedo, a temperature coefficient of -0.26%/°C and low-irradiance performance validated by a third party. The low-voltage design raises string power, which the manufacturer says reduces BOS costs and LCOE by 2%-6%. The module is certified for resistance to salt, ammonia, sand and PID, and comes with a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year power guarantee, with 1% first-year degradation and 0.35% annual attenuation thereafter. Trinasolar positions this Vertex N G3 generation for utility-scale PV plants and AI data centre projects, with full-scale commercialization expected in Q3 2026.
