It pairs John Cockerill Hydrogen pressurized alkaline electrolyzer stacks (20 × 5 MW) with a process treatment unit, arranged as replicable 20 MW blocks with mutualized purification, transformers and rectifiers, and designed for maximum preassembly. Rely states a core product footprint of 7,500 m², plant efficiency of 51.7–53.7 kWh/kg with the John Cockerill P-series line, 96% plant availability including planned maintenance, a 15%–100% operating range, a 25-year design life and operation from -20 °C to +40 °C. The company quotes a pre-FID lead time within 5 months and an EPC schedule of 29 to 31 months, and sells the plant with performance guarantees on efficiency, production capacity and purity. The new generation released in 2025 adds increased mutualization for a further 15% reduction in process equipment, 100 MW+ output delivered via 20 MW units, a choice of Performance or Standard series stacks and improved prefabrication.
