Rely

Rely is an independent technology integrator and service provider specializing in green hydrogen Power-to-X, founded in 2023 as a joint venture between Technip Energies (60%) and John Cockerill (40%) and headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. Using a productization approach that standardizes the invariable parts of engineering and equipment while keeping room for modularity, it designs and builds large-scale plants converting green electrons into hydrogen and its derivatives, including ammonia, e-methanol and e-fuels. The company offers a one-stop-shop across the green hydrogen value chain, from early engagement and feasibility studies through EPC execution to operations and maintenance, targeting complete safety, lower LCOH, guaranteed performance and shorter lead times. Its flagship product, launched in June 2024 with partner John Cockerill Hydrogen, is Clear100+, a 100 MW productized green hydrogen plant; Rely is also a minority shareholder of John Cockerill Hydrogen, which designs and produces pressurized alkaline electrolyzers.
