It targets large buildings such as hospitals and schools, settlement projects heating neighbourhoods and residential complexes, and industrial process heat. A fully fireclay-lined combustion chamber with a hydraulically operated push grate burns wet, ash-rich material up to M50 water content (M55 with the optional LUWA air preheating), with fully automatic ash removal. Flue gas recirculation, automatic compressed-air cleaning of the boiler tubes and the CVP power and combustion control with lambda-controlled secondary air and speed-controlled fans aim to keep emissions and power consumption low across the power range. An optional HiLoVe bypass controls exhaust gas temperature at part load to prevent condensation in flue pipes.
