Syncraft

SYNCRAFT is an Austrian GreenTech company based in Tyrol, founded in 2009 as a spin-off of MCI Innsbruck. It builds wood-gasification power plants based on its patented floating fixed-bed technology, turning forest residue wood chips into electricity, heat, green gas and green carbon (biochar). When the carbon is put into a permanent sink, the plants deliver negative emissions (Biochar Carbon Removal). The company has delivered more than 40 plants for industry and municipalities and also offers techno-economic evaluation, permitting support and turnkey general contracting.
