Reverion

Reverion is a spin-off from the Technical University of Munich, founded in 2015, that develops and has patented a high-temperature fuel cell system for flexible, efficient decentralized energy supply. Its containerized, reversible power plants convert methane-rich gases such as biogas and natural gas into electricity with up to 80% electrical efficiency, and in power-to-gas mode produce synthetic methane or green hydrogen, switching between modes in under one minute. The units separate pure biogenic CO2 for storage or industrial use, enabling CO2-negative power generation for biogas plants, utilities and data centers.
