Hydrogène de France
Hydrogène de France (HDF Energy), founded in 2012 and listed on Euronext Paris since 2021, is a hydrogen industry player dedicated to developing large-scale hydrogen infrastructure and manufacturing advanced multi-megawatt PEM fuel cells. Its fuel cells generate zero-emission electricity from hydrogen for public electric grids and for heavy maritime and rail mobility, and serve as the cornerstone of its Renewstable power plants, which combine intermittent renewables with on-site green hydrogen storage to deliver baseload power. The company operates a 7,000 m² manufacturing plant with an on-site technical testing center in Blanquefort near Bordeaux, France, with an annual production capacity of 100 MW of multi-MW fuel cells. Headquartered in France with regional offices in Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa and Asia-Pacific, HDF Energy employs over 100 hydrogen experts and is developing a project portfolio valued at more than €2 billion.
