It is delivered preinstalled in a standardized container with its accessories, a certified ATEX zone and an optional PLC, and is pretested with hydrogen at the packaging facility so it can be connected to prepared interface points as a plug-and-play kit. The unit handles 350 to 1'100 Nm³/h of hydrogen at discharge pressures from 350 to 550 bar, matching 2 to 5 MW of pressurized electrolyzer capacity, with part-load operation from 40 to 100% via a variable frequency drive. Oil-free, leakage-free diaphragm compression keeps hydrogen purity compliant with SAE J-2719, and automatic monitoring, remote diagnostics and a mean time between overhaul of 4'000 h support availability. Additional compression units can be added later to scale a station.
