C400-I

The C400-I is a BIOMACON pyrolysis boiler from the Industry Edition, intended for higher heat loads of 400 to 500 kW, with heat used for pre-drying, as process heat up to 95°C or fed into a local heating network. Instead of burning biomass completely, the technology mainly uses the hydrogen contained in the biomass for energy and systematically separates chemically stable carbon as biochar. It is designed for ligno-cellulosic raw materials with a maximum water content of 30%, and its compact design keeps radiation losses low and makes integration into existing buildings easy. The heat output can be adjusted to the heat demand over a wide load range. All BIOMACON plants are manufactured according to the EN 303-5 standard.
