Characteristics

A motorized drive moves a concentric insulating shield between the electrode and the neutral counter electrode, changing the current path and the output, with stepless control from 10 to 100% of capacity. The closed water loop is filled at a selected conductivity and isolated from the existing heating system through a plate heat exchanger, so water treatment costs are practically eliminated. Without combustion, the boiler needs no fuel lines, fuel storage, economizers or emission control equipment, and it runs quietly with no emissions. It can be added to existing systems, works with optional water storage, and can take advantage of off-peak electricity rates and demand swings.
