GVSO

The GVSO is a vertical metal centrifugal pump built to ISO 5199, intended for almost all chemical applications. It comes in 28 basic sizes, single-stage or multi-stage, with a double volute casing and a closed impeller, for wet or dry installation. The setting depth can be extended with one or more intermediate bearings, and on request the connecting flanges and sole plate are adapted to the customer's tank and piping. It handles aggressive and contaminated fluids, melts and liquefied gases, such as sulphuric acid at all concentrations, molten sulphur, tars and molten salts. Where constant temperature and viscosity are needed, as with molten sulphur, a heated version with a customised heating jacket for steam or other heat transfer media is available.
