ERA ONE

ERA ONE is INERATEC's Power-to-Liquid pioneer plant in the Frankfurt Höchst industrial park, where it produces synthetic e-Fuels and e-Waxes from renewable hydrogen and CO₂. It started production in June 2025 and is designed to produce up to 2,500 tons of e-Fuel per year. The plant is built from modules manufactured in Karlsruhe, combining numbering-up of production units with scaled-up Fischer-Tropsch reactors. Its microstructured reactors couple the reverse water-gas shift reaction with Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, using heat from the exothermic step to drive the endothermic one. ERA ONE has received ISCC EU certification, and on-site product tanks store the e-Fuel and e-Waxes for delivery to market.
