Froling CHP

The Froling CHP is an autothermal fixed bed downstream wood gasifier that produces both heat and power from wood chips. It is offered with an electrical capacity of 46, 50 or 56 kW and a thermal capacity of 95, 105 or 115 kW, with an overall efficiency of 85%. The unit is delivered as a pre-commissioned container, ready for installation and use, including wood gasification with safety features, exhaust gas line and automatic gas flare. Clearly defined interfaces make it a plug and play solution. The control cabinet is built in-house by Froling, and the control system uses an industrial PLC with 10.1" touchscreen operation and visualisation software for system analysis and optimisation.
