Its energy recovery technology reuses the saltier reject flow from the reverse osmosis process, which cuts electricity demand by up to 70% compared with traditional desalination, so the plant needs fewer solar panels. The treatment process runs without chemicals and with low brine salinity. Durable super duplex steel components, automation and remote monitoring keep maintenance to a minimum. Standard sizes cover 4,300 to 100,000 litres per day in 8 ft, 20 ft or 40 ft containers, and the manufacturer has supplied water in more than 35 countries since 2012.
