PRODESA, founded in 1999 in Zaragoza, is an engineering firm specialised in solutions for the production of solid biofuels, designing and building biomass plants with a focus on white and black wood pellets. It is structured into three divisions — Bioenergy, Equipment and Service — offering turnkey solutions, equipment manufacturing, dies, rollers and specialised after-sales service, and also offers containerized pellet plants of up to 6 tons per hour. Headquartered in Zaragoza (Spain), it has offices and workshops in the U.S., Canada, France, India and Vietnam, with projects in more than 35 countries and over 95% of its business dedicated to exports.
