Energy Observer Developments

EODev (Energy Observer Developments) is a French industrial company founded in 2019 that designs, produces and markets zero-emission power generation and energy storage solutions, in particular based on hydrogen-powered technologies. Its product range covers the GEH₂® hydrogen fuel cell power generator for stationary and mobile applications, the REXH₂® on-board marine fuel cell system (the first of its kind type approved by Bureau Veritas), and the BESSTIE® battery energy storage system used for peak shaving and diesel hybridization. Since 2020 more than 150 units have been delivered across 32 countries, serving construction, maritime, critical infrastructure, telecom, events, data centers and electric vehicle charging. Products are designed and manufactured in France across facilities in the Paris and Lyon regions, including a 7,000 m² assembly and testing site inaugurated in Antony in June 2025; the group also owns EVE System, a French battery systems and embedded electronics specialist acquired in 2025.
