Universal steam boiler UL-S

The UL-S is a three-pass shell steam boiler for 1,250 to 28,000 kg/h of steam at up to 30 bar, configured individually for each application. An integrated economiser saves up to 7% on fuel, an optional condensing heat exchanger can lower the flue gas temperature to as low as 50 °C, and the large furnace allows NOx emissions below 50 mg. Flame and smoke tubes are arranged asymmetrically to drive natural water circulation, while the high steam chamber and three-component control keep pressure and steam quality steady when demand fluctuates. The boiler can be retrofitted for biogas, bio-oil or hydrogen, and is also offered as a heat recovery boiler, as a hybrid with an electrical heater rod, or as the UL-SX with a superheater module for superheated steam.
